According to the LinkedIn Workplace Learning Report 2024, 87% of L&D professionals believe they can show business value by helping employees gain skills to move into a variety of roles. At Ariosi, we couldn’t agree more! On 10th October, we had the pleasure of hosting 12 industry colleagues at our new training facility in Chiswick Park for our ‘In for the WIN WIN’ negotiation course.

The day was filled with engaging activities, interactive role plays, and industry discussions, focused on building confidence and unpeeling assumptions around negotiations. The course introduces a variety of negotiation styles and communication techniques, striking that perfect balance between maintaining relationships and achieving optimum outcomes.

We are delighted to share some of the generous feedback left by the attendees about their experiences:

  • It was an amazing learning day and will surely be utilising the things I learnt.”
  • “Really fun, interactive, and collaborative learning sessions.”
  • “Overall, I think the training was very useful and I am looking forward to applying it in my future negotiations.”

This is just the beginning! We’re excited to welcome more attendees on the 5th November and beyond. At Ariosi, we believe that L&D lies at the heart of a thriving workplace. Courses like ‘In for the WIN WIN!’ not only equip professionals with essential skills but also foster a culture of continuous growth and collaboration.
